I highly recommend this company. My sister was staying overnight in Winston on her way to the mountains. Sunday morning she was preparing to leave and found her back tire completely flat. She was stranded, knowing no one, and at a loss for what to do. After trying several wrecker services/car repair shops, yours was the only company that was open and did not hesitate to help. Very quickly, John came to her aid, found a screw in the tire, removed it, plugged the tire, filled it with air, and sent her on her way. What a God send for her in an unfamiliar place. We are very grateful to you guys!!

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS, I took my Acura to Ray's Body shop because it was recommended to me. On March 2, 2026. I didn't get my car back until April 21, 2026. This is to long to repair a dented hood and carburetor, when I was told it would only take 4 days . I called to check on my car and they told me the part was back ordered and the guy who did the painting was in school. OMG, I went down to the shop to check on my car and they would not even let me see it. After I finally pick it up after paying for new headlights because the ones they put in my car wasn't mine . They were all scratch up and when I brought it in there was nothing wrong with them .So I ended up paying for new headlights because when they took off my front end of my car to repair the hood they switch out my original ones. After I got my car home the next day my car wouldn't start because they took the original battery out my car and I had to go and buy a new battery. Who ever clean my car took all my new weather Tech matts out. I kept my car in good condition I know someone drove my car while it was in their care because I had to clean the cupholder out from coke spills also there was personal items left in my

The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because the employees are relatively nice. Otherwise I will never take my car back here for any reason. My car was broken into (smashed rear passenger window, scratches all over driver's door and broken door handle, gear stick and steering wheel completely ripped apart), so I had my car towed here for repairs as it has good reviews and my insurance covered it. It took them 45 days to fix my car. 45 days. It took so long that my insurance stopped paying for a rental after 30 days, and I had to pay for one for half a month out of pocket. They did not provide updates unless I called them. They did not even inform me when my vehicle was finished being fixed - I called in and found out that way. When I retrieved my car I slowly noticed small issues that a quality body shop would not have forgotten. The inside pockets on my doors have rubber covers that cover the bottom - 2 of those were missing. The driver's door handle feels looser and has scratches all over the inner aspect that my other door handles do not. There is a hole in my gear stick platform that was never repaired or replaced. I had the best experience with this shop. Their cost and time estimates were perfect; they estimated about 2-3 days to complete the work once I dropped my vehicle off, and before the 3rd day they called to let me know it was ready. Even though the job was just some external body work, they also gave my vehicle a full detail inside. The personal touch on top of the excellent service has made me recommend them to anyone looking for body work.
